使用方法：

成人和2歲以上的兒童：最好每次飯后徹底清潔牙齒，或至少一天兩次，或按照牙醫或醫生指導進行。

6歲以下的兒童：使用豌豆大小的量。教導孩子們養成良好的刷牙和漱口的習慣（盡量減少吞咽）。監督兒童，直到兒童自己有能力使用便可不再監督。

2歲以下的兒童：咨詢牙醫或醫生。
